Digital Solutions Engineer – Application Experience (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain operational applications for manufacturing, quality, supply chain, engineering, warehouse, logistics, and approval workflows.
• Build digital work instructions, checklists, inspection tools, maintenance workflows, inventory transactions, task management, and other workforce productivity solutions.
• Develop responsive, secure, accessible, and reusable application components for mobile devices, tablets, industrial workstations, and frontline technologies.
• Integrate applications with SAP, MES, enterprise data platforms, backend APIs, AI services, and Smart Factory technologies.
• Support offline data synchronization and device capabilities such as barcode and QR scanning, cameras, NFC, Bluetooth Low Energy, and push notifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary engineering teams through Agile development, architecture discussions, technical reviews, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mobile Computing, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing enterprise applications with modern web, mobile, or cross-platform technologies.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and enterprise application integration.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passion for developing digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and user productivity.
• Working knowledge of technologies such as Flutter, React Native, .NET MAUI, React, TypeScript, Dart, JavaScript, or C# is relevant to the role.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise mobility, offline-first applications, user-centered design, or operational workflow optimization.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, industrial applications, Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, or Connected Worker solutions.
• Experience with AI-enabled user experiences, intelligent assistants, cloud-native development, GraphQL, or SignalR.
