Senior Consulting Systems Engineer (AI Security)

Location: Sophia Antipolis, Alpes-Maritimes, France; extensive travel within Europe and onsite partner engagements are required.

What you will do

• Manage strategic technical relationships with Global System Integrators and technology partners.
• Develop joint architectures, reference designs, solution blueprints, and go-to-market strategies for data center, cloud, AI infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Design security architectures covering segmentation, micro-segmentation, workload protection, secure connectivity, hybrid cloud, and high-speed networking.
• Develop security approaches for AI data centers and AI factories, including GPU clusters, AI workloads, data pipelines, model infrastructure, and supporting networks.
• Deliver technical workshops, architectural briefings, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and enablement sessions for partner organizations and customers.
• Represent hirify.global in executive and technical discussions, collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, infrastructure vendors, and regional GSI teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, architecture, or engineering across multiple countries and cultures.
• Experience with Global System Integrators, large enterprises, or technology partners in complex multi-vendor environments.
• Expertise in enterprise, data center, network, cloud, and AI security architecture.
• Strong knowledge of data center networking and security, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN/EVPN, VPN, PKI, high-speed Ethernet, segmentation, SASE, and secure workload communication.
• Understanding of AI infrastructure, GPU-based environments, AI clusters, distributed workloads, AI security, APIs, model environments, and high-performance networks.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Europe, work flexible hours, and communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders; a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dell, VMware, NVIDIA, Cisco, hyperscalers, Kubernetes, hirify.global Security Fabric, or heterogeneous Microsoft and Linux environments.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP, Network+, cloud certifications, or relevant vendor certifications.
• Experience designing technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept environments, or security labs.
