Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements and own the primary technical relationship with customers.
• Design and deliver proof-of-concepts for enterprise security solutions.
• Support solution planning, implementation, evaluation, and validation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across security and network environments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Specialist, Product Management, and customer teams.
• Deliver customer presentations, workshops, and technical training while contributing to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, solutions engineering, or professional services.
• Experience with enterprise security technologies, including firewalls, endpoint security, IDS/IPS, and email or web security.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work confidently with technical and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• SOC or incident response experience.
• CEH, Security+, CISSP, or AWS certifications.
• Scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
