Head of Information Security (Cybersecurity)

Location: France. Remote work is available in locations without company offices; hybrid work is available in locations with offices, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

What you will do

• Lead the security function across application security, compliance, infrastructure and cloud security, and business application security.
• Build and operate an AppSec program with AI-assisted code and pull-request reviews.
• Integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines and promote secure coding through developer training.
• Own ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications, audits, policies, controls, and evidence.
• Secure Kubernetes infrastructure, cloud environments, sovereign cloud deployments, infrastructure-as-code, networks, and access controls.
• Protect Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP, and other business applications while managing identity, data protection, and third-party vendor risk.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in information security, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading application security programs with CI/CD-integrated tooling and modern AI-assisted code review.
• Hands-on experience leading ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 audits to successful completion.
• Experience securing Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP, and other business applications, including vendor risk management.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud security, with the ability to explain risks and trade-offs to engineers and executives.
• Ability to operate with a small team and prioritize competing security demands.

Nice to have

• Experience in all-remote or hybrid international organizations.
• Sovereign cloud security experience.
