Associate Manufacturing Engineer (Medical Robotics)

Develops medical robotic and navigation products that improve surgical techniques and outcomes for patients with musculoskeletal disorders.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to manufacturing, identify root causes, and resolve production issues.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, equipment, test fixtures, and assembly aids.
• Prepare change orders to update product documentation and bills of materials.
• Write SOPs, operating and maintenance procedures, protocols, reports, and process-validation documentation.
• Support new product introduction, design changes, lifecycle management, continuous improvement, reliability, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Product Development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience in medical devices and/or robotics.
• Knowledge of data analysis, KPIs, ISO requirements, FDA regulations, and cGMP requirements.
• Strong technical, written, oral, graphical, interpersonal, and organizational communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in small teams.
• Ability to travel up to 5% and meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
