Lead Functional Consultant (AI)

Location: Customer-facing role with possible travel to customer locations; rotational shifts may be required.

What you will do

• Learn and explain product features and capabilities to customers.
• Consult with customers on product enhancements, configuration changes, and implementation requirements.
• Review customer implementations and improve system usability.
• Implement functional changes in customer environments and provide solution guidance.
• Create knowledge base articles and training materials for customers and internal staff.
• Provide technical and functional expertise, mentorship, and guidance to team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in application support or functional consulting.
• Experience completing at least one full or partial implementation cycle from discovery through delivery.
• Strong customer communication, customer handling, listening, coordination, and follow-through skills.
• Deep understanding of customer support processes and tools, with the ability to follow defined CRM processes.
• Ability to design solutions, develop workarounds, and drive customer issues to closure.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and travel to customer locations when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows Azure and cloud computing.
• Strong knowledge of AI products.
