AI Adoption and Change Management (AI)

Location: United Arab Emirates; candidates must be based in the UAE or eligible and available to work there. Regular work from client sites across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other UAE locations is required. Hybrid work is available, with office, home, and client-site work.

What you will do

• Develop and execute adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, AI agents, automation, and digital workplace solutions.
• Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder needs, change impacts, adoption barriers, and training requirements.
• Design change plans, adoption roadmaps, role-based learning journeys, champion networks, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, training, demonstrations, executive briefings, and stakeholder engagements.
• Create client-facing strategies, presentations, communications, learning materials, user guides, prompt libraries, and executive reports.
• Define adoption KPIs and dashboards, analyze feedback and usage data, and recommend interventions to improve sustained adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational psychology, human resources, communications, education, information systems, technology management, or a related field.
• Approximately four to six years of experience in change management, technology adoption, digital transformation, learning and development, consulting, or digital workplace programs.
• Prosci Change Management certification is mandatory, with practical experience applying Prosci and ADKAR.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, digital workplace, AI, automation, data, ERP, CRM, or comparable enterprise technology programs.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English are mandatory.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, writing, and content-development skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with a system integrator, consulting firm, technology provider, or professional-services organization.
• Experience delivering programs for UAE government or public-sector organizations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Viva, Copilot Studio, AI agents, generative AI, prompt engineering, and intelligent automation.
• Additional Microsoft, Power Platform, Copilot, Agile change management, project management, learning and development, instructional design, or design-thinking certifications.
