Industrialization Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Primarily onsite at Tier 1 partner factories in North Vietnam, including Phú Thọ, Bắc Ninh, and Hải Phòng, with approximately 40% regional travel and occasional international travel across Southeast Asia. Hybrid work may be available where business needs allow.

What you will do

• Lead product transfer, factory readiness, process stabilization, and scaling into mass production.
• Coordinate technical discussions with R&D, manufacturing engineers, suppliers, and management.
• Review manufacturing processes and resolve supplier quality problems.
• Monitor productivity, capacity, factory performance, production efficiency, and output.
• Drive manufacturing excellence, automation, and continuous improvement across partner factories.
• Travel approximately 40% within the region, with occasional international travel across Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, supplier management, production engineering, or quality, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work mainly onsite at partner factories in North Vietnam and travel approximately 40%.
• Ownership of factory readiness, process stability, product quality, and manufacturing improvement during mass production.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge in manufacturing test.
• Chinese language skills.
