ServiceNow Technical Project Manager (ServiceNow): Leading software development and ServiceNow projects through the full lifecycle with an accent on delivery planning, technical process leadership, and management of teams of 20–40 people. Focus on coordinating Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery, managing stakeholder and vendor communication, and ensuring quality through design reviews, testing, and deployment.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; in-person collaboration is prioritized

What you will do
- Coordinate projects throughout the software development lifecycle using RUP, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation while maintaining delivery timelines.
- Lead technical and process activities, including requirements, design and implementation documentation, design reviews, code reviews, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Manage teams of 20–40 developers, senior developers, QA specialists, business analysts, and vendor resources.
- Coach team members, support recruitment and interviews, and approve project tools, licenses, and purchases when appropriate.
- Coordinate communication among technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, directors, vendors, and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of project management experience, including management of teams of 20–40 people.
- Strong English communication skills required.
- Experience with software development and Object-Oriented Analysis & Design.
- Familiarity with web-based development environments and proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
- PMP certification required.
