Program Manager: Education Content (FTC)

Location: Based in Sydney, Australia. Hybrid work with flexibility to work remotely and attend the Sydney campus for in-person collaboration. Regular early mornings are required to coordinate with stakeholders across the US, Australia, and the Philippines.

What you will do

• Coordinate the strategy, planning, and delivery of Education Content and the Learn Grid.
• Support budget management, contingent workforce planning, goal setting, planning cycles, and performance reporting.
• Manage internal communications, cross-regional forums, and operating rhythms for distributed teams.
• Coordinate content initiatives across partnerships, AI-generated content, EDU Creator content, and vendor content.
• Translate strategy into milestones, dependencies, delivery plans, and reporting systems for each content funnel.
• Improve workflows through AI, automation, process optimisation, and tools such as Monday.com and Slack automations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, content operations, content production, chief of staff, or similar cross-functional coordination roles.
• Experience in high-growth technology, media, or creative environments.
• Expertise in using AI and technology to build automations, scale systems, and improve workflows.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with planning, budgeting, and hiring.
• Experience building shared processes across distributed or global teams.
• Strong communication, prioritisation, judgement, and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
