Location: Kibbutz Shefayim, Center District, Israel. This is a full-time, field-based role requiring flexibility in travel and working hours.

What you will do
- Lead non-promotional, peer-to-peer scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and oncology key opinion leaders.
- Build long-term scientific partnerships with external stakeholders and maintain current knowledge of disease areas, products, pipeline assets, and clinical data.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate medical insights to inform therapeutic area strategy and decision-making.
- Plan and execute medical education initiatives, advisory boards, and scientific meetings.
- Support clinical research, real-world evidence initiatives, and scientific publications.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and other cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree required: MD, PharmD, PhD, or MSc in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- Prior Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven experience as a Medical Scientific Liaison.
- Strong scientific and clinical acumen, including the ability to critically analyze and interpret medical data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a complex, matrixed, cross-functional environment while meeting compliance requirements.
Nice to have
- Oncology experience.
- Clinical experience, competitive landscape analysis, data gathering and analysis, and strategic thinking.
