What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment.
• Run process simulations to validate production rates and implementation scenarios.
• Create business process models and flowcharts to map workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply value stream mapping to analyze production steps, buffer stocks, and bottlenecks.
• Support the introduction of digital manufacturing tools and software solutions.
• Collect, clean, and analyze production data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, aeronautical, industrial, or production engineering, or a comparable field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or process engineering, ideally in the aeronautics sector.
• Experience with Skywise, AnyLogic, SAP, ARIS, CATIA, SolidWorks, or comparable systems.
• Fluent English and a good command of German.
• EU citizenship and age between 18 and 28 are required for the V.I.E. programme.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic project environment connecting engineering expertise with practical implementation.
