SEC Manager (Functional Safety)

What you will do

• Provide strategic direction and coordinate Quality Management and Engineering functions within EUOPC Operations.
• Lead quality assurance activities in Functional Safety Management and Quality Management Systems.
• Drive continual improvement of engineering and design processes, procedures, and team capabilities.
• Coordinate with the EUOPC SEC Team Leader and other leaders responsible for Functional Safety Engineers.
• Support Operations and Business Engagement Managers, including pre-sales activities related to Functional Safety.
• Monitor engineering operations and ensure delivery meets expected quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with business analysis and process development in Functional Safety industries, particularly energy, oil and gas, chemicals, refining, or power generation.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and implementation or maintenance of IEC 61508, IEC 61511, or ISO 9001.
• Good understanding of pre-sales, sales, engineering, project management, and quality control processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and training skills.
• English and Czech are required for internal directives and ISO 9001 documentation.
