Project Engineer Electrical (HVACR)

Location: Mikulov, Czechia — full onsite

What you will do

• Develop and design electrical boxes for refrigeration system development and production.
• Create wiring diagrams and bills of materials for serial production of electrical boxes and cables.
• Optimize control systems, logic, components, and costs.
• Define functional and verification tests, perform qualification testing, and support product certification.
• Provide technical support to customers, production, and the engineering laboratory.
• Maintain electro-documentation and ensure products comply with European legislation, health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of electrical design experience in an industrial environment.
• Attestation as “Vedoucí elektrotechnik” according to §7 NV 194/2022 Sb.
• Experience with product certification processes and a strong understanding of electrical circuits and electro-documentation.
• English at B2 level, with good written and oral communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic is required; visa sponsorship and work authorization will not be provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with motors driven by electrical drives, automation, EMC, Engineering Base, Teamcenter, or software qualification.
• Experience with software parameter setting and project planning and tracking.
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
• Analytical thinking, self-organization, prioritization, and the ability to work under pressure.
