Fixed Assets Analyst

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia; hybrid remote/in-office role

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end fixed asset process, including additions, retirements, transfers, and fixed asset subledger updates.
• Perform medium- to high-complexity monthly reconciliations, investigate variances, and prepare adjustments.
• Interface subledgers with the general ledger, produce reports, and verify account accuracy.
• Review automated journal entries and prepare and post standard journal entries.
• Support month-end and year-end close, audit schedules, and requests from tax teams and internal and external auditors.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, complete special projects, and communicate with management and Finance teams.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Understanding of accounting standards and concepts.
• Proven organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with accounting system software.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues proactively and align business requests with accounting standards and company policy.
• Experience leading or participating in projects.
