TL;DR

What you will do
- Support financial close activities and accurately record financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and intercompany balances.
- Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, regulatory submissions, and audit requests.
- Maintain accounting records, statutory documentation, and financial data integrity.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, system enhancements, and ad hoc finance projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Prior accounting, financial reporting, or Record-to-Report experience is advantageous; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of accounting principles, financial close processes, account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Nice to have
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or CA.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO or other SAP finance modules.
- Knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
- Experience in multinational corporations, shared services, regional finance operations, multiple legal entities, or audit.
