Social Media Manager

Location: Remote from Ukraine or Cyprus

What you will do

• Own and execute the organic social strategy for one of the company’s wellness app brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop content ideas, copy, creative briefs, short-form videos, static content, carousels, Stories, and other platform-native formats.
• Coordinate production with designers, creators, freelancers, agencies, and internal teams.
• Build audience relationships, manage community engagement, and identify growth opportunities from community insights.
• Track performance, test new ideas and formats, and turn data into actions that improve results.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product, Paid Marketing, CRM, ASO, SEO, Analytics, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing organic social media for a consumer-facing brand across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, social algorithms, formats, trends, and platform best practices.
• Strong creative instincts, copywriting and communication skills, and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
• Experience developing social strategies, content calendars, creative concepts, and briefs.
• Experience working with creators, freelancers, agencies, designers, or other content partners.
• Working English proficiency at B2 level or above, plus strong project management, organisational, analytical, and ownership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile apps, subscriptions, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, or other B2C products.
• Experience with social analytics and reporting tools, social KPIs, influencers, or content creators.
• Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies for social content creation and workflows.
