Social Media Manager (AI)

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 annual base salary, plus a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary

What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies supporting global business, communications, brand, demand generation, and thought leadership objectives.
• Set performance goals for follower growth, engagement, share of voice, and other social media outcomes.
• Plan and deliver social-first campaigns, event activations, and content for the McLaren Racing partnership.
• Own corporate channel decisions, editorial calendars, content curation, copywriting, creative development, and publishing.
• Apply AI tools and automation with human-in-the-loop checkpoints to improve speed and scale.
• Monitor global social conversations, support executive social presences, manage escalations, and develop company-wide social media best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media, digital media, or external communications within the software industry.
• Experience contributing to global communications strategies and working with brand, communications, public relations, analyst relations, and social teams.
• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Experience developing social media strategy and content and managing publishing platforms such as Hootsuite.
• Experience reporting on social media performance, KPIs, and optimization to internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and creative writing skills; a degree in business, marketing, communications, or journalism is preferred.
