• Liaise with team leads, account managers, and service providers to resolve work-related issues.
• Manage daily activities proactively with minimal supervision.
• Complete assigned work on time and maintain customer service commitments.
• Follow EPI standard working processes, rules, and policies.
• Complete designated hirify.global University courses to expand business knowledge.
