Order Management & Import Transportation Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead, train, and mentor the Order Management and Import Transportation department.
• Oversee booking operations, delayed actions, customer ASN messages, KPI reporting, SOP maintenance, invoicing, and data reuse.
• Manage daily air and ocean import shipments, transportation and brokerage processes, procedures, quality, compliance, and operational backup support.
• Resolve monthly accounting items, maintain BNP, AJAX, and payables databases, and ensure timely import settlements.
• Develop employees through training, mentoring, focus meetings, and performance reviews.
• Support pricing and market strategy, client retention, customer relationships, and service-provider reviews.

Requirements

• College degree or 2–3 years of hirify.global experience.
• Excellent written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• IATA/FIATA certification.
• Hazardous Materials Certification.
• Ability to work full time Monday through Friday for a 40-hour work week at the Salt Lake City location.
