Senior Consultant in Energy, Resources & Industrials

Location: Brussels, Belgium; temporary assignments abroad may include France and the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Lead consulting projects and design, realize, and adapt key client deliverables.
• Build relationships with middle and top management and facilitate client workshops.
• Coach new hires and junior consultants and provide ongoing mentoring and feedback.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and commercial meetings.
• Participate in sectoral and service working groups and lead internal projects.
• Write papers and articles while developing expertise in energy, data, and AI-related topics.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong interest in the energy sector and data and AI-related topics.
• Analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, committed, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English required; Dutch is a must.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
• Willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad.
