What you will do

• Design and realize key project deliverables and lead project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with middle and top management.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants on a quarterly basis.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and commercial meetings.
• Develop internal expertise by writing papers and leading internal projects.

Requirements

• University Master’s degree in Civil or Commercial Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in consulting.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Strong interest in the energy sector and AI-related topics.
• Must have valid work authorization for Belgium.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
