HR & Change Consultant (AI)

Location: Brussels, Belgium, with temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad, including France

What you will do

• Support change management in customer programs and projects, including communication, training, support plans, and digital or collaborative strategies.
• Contribute to HR organization and performance management, including HR function design, CSR, and HR KPIs.
• Work on HR development topics such as recruitment, careers, and training.
• Support the project management and implementation of HR tools and information systems.
• Prepare HR studies and documents, support negotiation preparation, and contribute to internal offer development and business development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• 0–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong collaborative, communication, analytical, autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented skills.
• Strong interest in HR, change management, data, and AI-related topics.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is mandatory.
• Ability to participate in temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad.
