Senior Consultant ESG

What you will do

• Help clients develop analytics and technology solutions to detect, monitor, and predict risk.
• Support sustainability ambitions and improve environmental, social, and governance performance.
• Identify and prioritize sustainability issues and set goals aligned with corporate strategy.
• Implement processes, controls, and dashboards for consistent and accurate ESG reporting.
• Contribute to offer development, change management innovation, business development, and commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
• Fundamental insight into sustainability and ESG.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company.
• Experience conducting relevant projects and managing teams.
• Proven business development skills and an entrepreneurial, flexible, self-starting approach.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English required; Dutch is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
