Talent Sourcer, GTM (AI)

Location: Remote, must be based in Bangalore, India. Working hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST to support US-focused GTM hiring.

Glean develops a Work AI platform with enterprise search, an AI Assistant, AI agents, enterprise data connectors, and APIs.

What you will do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies for US GTM roles.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Build diverse talent pipelines for sales, business development, customer success, partnerships, and related GTM roles.
• Conduct outreach, resume reviews, and initial qualification screens while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Track sourcing activity, pipeline progress, and candidate feedback in the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor US talent markets, competitor organizations, and B2B SaaS and AI industry trends.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting US GTM or commercial hiring is preferred.
• Experience sourcing for B2B SaaS, software, cloud, technology, or AI companies.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage US-based candidates.
• Ability to work remotely from Bangalore during the required EST night-shift hours.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing multiple searches and candidate pipelines independently in a fast-paced environment.
