What you will do

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for marketing, art, development, and other Growth team roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through communities, newsletters, events, niche forums, conference speaker lists, and personalized outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Map talent markets, monitor competitor activity, and identify effective channels for reaching strong candidates.
• Use AI tools and automation, including Claude and ATS platforms, to improve sourcing efficiency and personalize outreach.
• Track sourcing metrics, refine strategies, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, and potentially conduct screening calls.

Requirements

• Experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a research-intensive role, ideally in a fast-paced technology or gaming environment.
• Creative and resourceful approach to finding talent beyond LinkedIn.
• Strong written communication skills for personalized candidate outreach.
• Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and AI.
• Strategic, data-driven, organized, collaborative, and curious approach to talent markets.
