Master Equipment Maintenance & Preventative Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Batu Kawan, Malaysia; onsite at the Penang SDSM Office

What you will do

• Maintain and improve manufacturing equipment performance against availability, OEE, UPH, and yield KPIs.
• Troubleshoot production lines and support daily manufacturing operations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and system abnormality checks.
• Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance documentation, checklists, and equipment records.
• Support equipment setup, relocation, retirement, and continuous improvement projects with engineers.

Requirements

• Diploma in electronics, mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work a 12-hour AWS shift and overtime as required.
• Good machine troubleshooting knowledge and ability to read and interpret machine diagrams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
