Assistant Manager - TPM

What you will do

• Manage projects across the global Sales Organization and coordinate with end users, planning companies, OEM project sales teams, and project engineers.
• Work to place company products on vendor and preferred lists for specific projects and develop sales strategies to achieve project potential.
• Prepare project proposals and specification lists, calculate amortization, and conduct project-specific risk analyses.
• Define project strategies, action plans, roles, and responsibilities for project teams.
• Maintain customer and project information databases and deliver project-related improvement initiatives.
• Manage medium domestic or global accounts and lead small sales teams on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements

• Academic degree and relevant work experience.
• Experience managing products, services, territories, or accounts with moderate complexity.
• Understanding of business, financials, products and services, markets, and assigned account needs.
• Ability to conduct less complex negotiations and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to plan territory or account approaches and manage resources independently.
