Client Services Project Manager (eDiscovery)

Location: Pune, India; willingness to work US business hours and weekends as required

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison for key client representatives and own the service delivery relationship.
• Coordinate client deliverables, project forecasts, work schedules, and multiple simultaneous projects.
• Verify that client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy.
• Maintain current project status records and provide proactive communication on progress and issues.
• Resolve client issues or escalate them promptly to senior project management or the Client Services Director.
• Lead internal and client-facing collaboration to deliver project objectives professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Law, or an equivalent discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in eDiscovery client services or eDiscovery consulting.
• Availability for US business hours and weekend work when required.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and controlling projects from initial planning through final production.
• Strong oral and written communication, leadership presence, and client relationship management skills.
• Understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, legal document review requirements, project planning, and financial and billing information.
