Project Manager (Digital Technology)

Location: Must be based in Hyderabad and work onsite from the Hitec City, Hyderabad office.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, scopes, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues while monitoring project performance.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Lead kick-off meetings, status meetings, post-mortems, and other project ceremonies.
• Support project team members and foster collaboration across business, technical, and design functions.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in project management, business analysis, software development, or related technology roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience delivering digital, CRM, MarTech, website, personalization, digital experience, or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in agency, IT services, digital transformation, customer experience, or marketing technology projects.
• Background as a Business Analyst, Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect transitioning into project management.
