Associate Manager Managed Access Program

What you will do

• Identify and process Managed Access requests from hirify.global and affiliate portals within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Own case submissions by verifying documentation, coordinating with Global and Local Medical teams, recording decisions, and communicating outcomes to requesting physicians.
• Maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready MAP documentation in SharePoint, including criteria, application forms, decision letters, and training materials.
• Support MRPTC escalations, import license processing, internal audits, quality checks, and deviation reporting.
• Provide MAP guidance and reporting to medical teams, affiliates, HCPs, Quality, Legal, Compliance, and project stakeholders.
• Support process transitions, new systems, operational improvements, and Global MAP projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, access management, clinical study management, project management, or Medical Operations.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in science.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work from the Hyderabad location.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Power BI.
