What you will do
- Review customer orders against quotations and contractual, product, project, and legal requirements.
- Manage order execution from receipt through final delivery, maintaining project data in CRM and ERP systems.
- Coordinate customers, suppliers, sales teams, and third-party inspectors to secure approvals and inspections.
- Monitor project schedules, provide progress updates, and support shipping and inspection clearances.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and customers on documentation and timely payment collection.
- Maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement across project execution.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8+ years of project management experience with industrial products, particularly valves.
- Knowledge of control valve and actuator sizing and selection.
- Experience with ERP systems and strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.
