Senior Planner (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Implement purchase orders and track incoming shipments based on demand forecasts and safety stock.
• Optimize inventory levels to support on-time delivery and monthly inventory targets.
• Review distributor demand, prepare forecasts, and adjust supply plans to changing requirements.
• Coordinate with global supply chain teams to pull in or delay deliveries and resolve delivery, customs clearance, and supplier issues.
• Monitor the process from supplier delivery through customer delivery and reduce unhealthy, slow-moving, short-shelf-life, excess, and rework stock.
• Prepare daily planning reports and weekly and monthly KPI reports.

Requirements

• Knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, and the complete supply chain process from procurement to end-customer delivery.
• Experience analyzing historical trends and supporting future planning with Excel and Power BI.
• Good command of written and spoken English is required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, responsibility, urgency, and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions, identify improvement opportunities, and work with a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or management.
• 5+ years of planning experience in multinational companies.
• Strong Excel skills and extensive supply chain planning experience.
