Location: Binhai, Tianjin, China; onsite facility role

What you will do
- Operate and maintain plant utility systems, including power distribution, water and drainage, HVAC, compressed air, ventilation, purification, and fire protection.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans, inspections, predictive maintenance activities, and emergency repairs.
- Lead facility renovation and capital improvement projects while coordinating with EHS and Production.
- Analyze utility consumption, identify energy waste, and implement cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage spare parts, contractors, property management coordination, monitoring systems, and CCTV inspections.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, SOPs, and documentation for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Associate degree or above in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Automation, or a related discipline.
- More than 5 years of facility management experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
- Experience with utility systems, preventive maintenance, facility projects, energy management, and emergency response.
- Strong written reporting skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and teamwork skills.
