Underwriting Account Senior Representative

What you will do

• Support renewals for individual and SME business across Middle East and Africa markets.
• Set up individual policies and manage the individual underwriting team mailbox.
• Prepare Tables of Benefits for corporate renewals and new business inceptions.
• Perform legal checks on new quote census data and generate formatted system reports.
• Liaise with the sales team on quote turnaround times and support underwriters with additional tasks.
• Identify root causes, propose solutions, and improve underwriting processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience or working knowledge of underwriting administration and insurance policy processes.
• Ability to perform legal checks, prepare benefits documentation, and maintain compliant processing standards.
• Ability to manage competing requests, coordinate with sales, and meet quote turnaround expectations.
• Availability for a full-time onsite role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
