Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CFO in managing the company’s financial operations
- Organize, structure, and improve financial and accounting processes
- Monitor and review existing processes and ensure they are followed correctly
- Identify problems, gaps, or inefficiencies and take corrective action
- Resolve issues when processes do not work as expected
Requirements:
- Relevant professional experience in the UAE – mandatory
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting processes
- Fluency in Russian and English – mandatory
