What you will do
- Manage renewal credit applications and renewals with enhancements for assigned corporate banking segments.
- Monitor allocated portfolios, complete annual reviews, and identify trends, issues, and process improvement opportunities.
- Review financial data from balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, including trend and ratio analysis.
- Assess business, financial, and structural risks and develop mitigation action plans to protect portfolio quality.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on queries, status updates, turnaround times, service-level agreements, and business development.
- Organize and supervise team activities while managing performance in line with banking policies and procedures.
Requirements
- UAE National applicants only
- At least 6 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in a credit risk-related position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Analytical, verbal, written communication, and report-writing skills.
- People management experience.
