What you will do

• Set and refine portfolio priorities across public equity, private equity, and other asset classes.
• Review investment performance, valuation, risk exposure, liquidity, and strategic fit.
• Assess growth companies and develop recommendations supported by financial, commercial, market, and strategic analysis.
• Identify and evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and new investment structures.
• Oversee due diligence, transaction evaluation, investment structuring, and post-investment monitoring.
• Engage with investee companies, advisers, co-investors, stakeholders, and decision-makers at executive level.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in portfolio management, private equity, public equity, investment management, corporate development, or a closely related field.
• Experience managing diversified portfolios, complex investment decisions, or multi-asset capital allocation.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, valuation, investment appraisal, risk assessment, and portfolio performance interpretation.
• Experience evaluating growth companies and converting investment theses into actionable recommendations.
• Practical understanding of partnerships, joint ventures, transaction processes, and post-investment value creation.
• Executive presence, commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity, and excellent communication skills.
