Toys Lab Technician (TIC Lab)

Location: An Duong, Hai Phong, Vietnam; factory visits may be required

What you will do

• Receive samples including furniture, toys, and juvenile products together with assigned test methods or protocols.
• Perform laboratory tests according to applicable methods, standards, and requirements.
• Record, consolidate, and evaluate testing results.
• Ensure release reports are accurate, clear, and complete.
• Visit factories on business trips when requested by management.
• Complete other assignments from management.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a similar role in a toys or furniture laboratory, or relevant experience in toys or furniture testing laboratories.
• College or university graduation.
• Knowledge of operating under the ISO 17025 Quality Management System is advantageous.
• Knowledge of testing standards for the US and European markets, including ANSI BIFMA, ASTM, BS EN, EN, ISO 8124, and TCVN standards.
• Good English skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, initiative, communication skills, independence, and the ability to work under pressure.
