What you will do
- Set up contracts, outline agreements, and spot purchase orders in relevant systems.
- Confirm and file agreements and purchase orders.
- Interact with suppliers and follow up on open items.
- Verify payment terms and coordinate resolution of exceptional notices.
- Coordinate vendor master setup and review.
- Support continuous improvement and share procurement best practices with buyers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Korean language capability is required for the role.
- Ability to manage procurement transactions, supplier follow-up, and purchase order documentation.
- Ability to coordinate payment-term verification, vendor data review, and exception resolution.
- Ability to collaborate with procurement colleagues, buyers, and suppliers.
