Service Delivery Systems Lead (AI)

Location: Philippines - Remote (any location); permanent work-from-home setup. Shift: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time, aligned with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST for the client.

hirify.global supports client delivery through internal Client Success systems, workflows, quality assurance, and operational tools.

What you will do

• Design and own the systems and tools used by the Client Success team, including AI tooling.
• Build quality assurance into daily delivery workflows rather than checking work only after completion.
• Resolve operational issues at their source and reduce unnecessary escalation.
• Manage delivery-side security, including agent monitoring, anti-poaching measures, and activation of existing security tools.
• Design the leadership pipeline and develop a bench of Operators working under the role.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, process or systems design, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on preventing defects.
• Experience training people and building their capabilities.
• Ability to build with AI tools, not only use them.
• Comfort working independently in a heads-down, non-client-facing role.
