Senior Clinical Project Manager/Clinical Project Manager (Oncology)

Location: Remote in Australia, Singapore, South Korea, or Taiwan. The role requires domestic and international travel, including overnight stays, and occasional travel to bid defense meetings.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex clinical study projects within agreed quality, scope, cost, and timeline parameters.
• Act as the primary client contact and escalation point while leading internal, client, and cross-functional study meetings.
• Coordinate functional services and external vendors, manage budgets and profitability, and identify out-of-scope work.
• Develop project plans, timelines, tracking metrics, risk mitigation strategies, and status reports for clients and senior management.
• Oversee project quality, eTMF inspection readiness, quality notifications, corrective and preventive action plans, and study-specific training compliance.
• Support business development activities, formal presentations, bid defenses, and ongoing feedback for functional team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in science or a health-related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of clinical research experience and at least 4 years of direct project management experience, or demonstrated equivalent competencies.
• Experience managing complex global trials in pharmaceutical and/or device research.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, CTMS, and project management software.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOP implementation, project planning, risk and change management, escalation, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
