Customs Import/Export Coordinator (Supply Chain)

Location: Farglory Free Trade Zone office, DaYuan, Linkou, Taiwan

What you will do

• Handle daily import and export customs operations across Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Maintain customs licenses, including AEO, ICP, FTZ, and STSC bonded-operation licenses.
• Monitor customs brokers, warehouse operators, and bonded customs system providers for regulatory compliance.
• Manage bonded manufacturing processes in free trade zones and the Southern Taiwan Science Park.
• Run the internal audit program and support external authority audits and certifications.
• Optimize customs systems and lead improvement or worldwide cascade projects.

Requirements

• College or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education.
• At least two years of experience in international trade and import/export customs operations.
• Knowledge of customs compliance, export control, bonded operations, and related regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, process management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent Mandarin and English.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Licenses or experience related to Taiwan bonded factories, free trade zones, STSC, or Taiwan Customs AEO.
• Experience with Taiwan export-control ICP programs and authority audits.
• Experience with SAP and Tradevan bonded systems.
