Order/Revenue Management Specialist (Semiconductor)

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan. Full-time onsite role with 10% travel; relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Manage customer forecasts, orders, and related data in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Own the end-to-end order lifecycle for semiconductor capital equipment, including quotations, sales orders, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and Logistics to meet delivery and customer commitments.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues in a customer-facing environment.
• Support shipment readiness, billing, revenue recognition, and audit requirements.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational excellence while maintaining compliance with tax, trade, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or Project Coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Understanding of order fulfillment, logistics, forecasting, and revenue processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and collaborate across functions.

• Experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology industries.
• Sales support and demand or forecast planning experience.
• Contract management and compliance knowledge.
