Senior Manager, O2C Processes & Project

Location: Taguig, Philippines; preferred to be based in the Philippines

What you will do

• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and detailed task plans for Order to Cash processes.
• Design and govern O2C processes to support accurate revenue capture and billing across Finance Business Service markets.
• Manage process changes, maintain the O2C process blueprint, and coordinate with Service Delivery stakeholders.
• Prepare User Acceptance Testing, system roll-outs, and go-lives for new initiatives with the Product Deployment team.
• Triage billing product and technology issues, minor enhancements, and incoming Finance requests.
• Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with local management and regional Finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a business-related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Order to Cash functions or process management.
• At least 1 year of experience in project or product management.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Salesforce, SAP, SQL, Google Studio, business intelligence tools, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
