Partner Trainee (SaaS)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid workplace with remote flexibility and collaborative office days

hirify.global is a global SaaS company connecting third-party delivery platforms with restaurant POS systems to automate online order management.

What you will do

• Support the technical and operational onboarding of new POS and delivery-platform partners in the Italian market.
• Monitor partner performance, troubleshoot basic integration issues, and maintain data accuracy.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for Italian-speaking partners and route complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain Salesforce or HubSpot records, internal databases, partner contracts, and interaction logs.
• Research and map Italy’s restaurant-tech ecosystem to identify partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual Italian fluency is required.
• Strong professional English is required; Spanish may also be used.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Hospitality, International Trade, IT, or a related field.
• Curiosity about software and confidence learning new digital tools without needing to write code.
• Strong organization, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, execution-focused attitude.
