Supply Chain Planning Internship (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Analyze demand, inventory, purchasing, and financial data using Excel, SAP Business One, Tableau, and Blue Ridge.
• Prepare and present spreadsheet reports for purchasing and financial reviews, including lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and data imports.
• Update purchase order ship dates and create production orders in SAP Business One.
• Support supplier communication regarding order confirmations, delays, capacity, and recovery plans.
• Monitor excess, aged, and safety stock levels, and support daily and weekly backorder reviews.
• Analyze product trends, shipping methods, forecasts, and material status to support replenishment and customer demand fulfillment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain or Logistics; 2027 and 2028 graduates are eligible.
• Proven experience creating and editing multiple interconnected Excel spreadsheets.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for a 14-week, full-time onsite internship beginning May 17, 2027, working 40 hours per week from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Nice to have

• International business experience.
• Exposure to an MRP or ERP system, especially SAP.
• Microsoft Teams experience.
