Senior AI Researcher (Biomedical Drug Discovery)

Location: Remote opportunity in the United States; company infrastructure is anchored in Salt Lake City, Utah and Milton Park, Oxfordshire.

What you will do

• Advance frontier AI research for biomedical discovery.
• Develop end-to-end AI applications across drug discovery, design, and translation.
• Contribute to biomedical world models connecting virtual patients, virtual cells, and real-world data.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, drug hunters, biologists, physicians, and business partners.
• Support scalable discovery through large-scale AI infrastructure, multimodal data, and proprietary models.

Requirements

• PhD in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of frontier AI research experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional AI projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for real-world applications and measurable impact.

• Experience in biomedicine and drug discovery.
