TL;DR
Senior Applied AI Scientist (Behavioural AI/Deep Learning): Building and productising behavioural AI models and customer prototypes for predictive and prescriptive insights from first-party behavioural data with an accent on transformers, sequence modelling, and deep learning. Focus on designing production-ready models, translating customer challenges into deployable solutions, and communicating technical insights in commercial terms.
Location: Hybrid, based in the London office 2–3 days per week with the remainder remote

What you will do
- Design and build core behavioural AI models using advanced deep learning techniques.
- Prototype behavioural insights with customer data and integrate validated solutions into core product capabilities.
- Research and develop new data science techniques that improve product value and business outcomes.
- Work with customers to understand their challenges and identify behavioural insights that can deliver measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, and delivery teams to create production-ready solutions.
- Explain behavioural data science and agentic AI concepts to customers, sales, product teams, and internal data science communities.
Requirements
- Creative problem-solving skills focused on productising science and delivering customer ROI.
- Experience building and evaluating machine learning models, including clustering, sequence modelling, transformers, natural language processing, and deep learning.
- Ability to work with agents and harnesses and deliver deployable, production-ready code.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external business stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Strong communication skills, including translating technical concepts into commercial terms for non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- B2B product experience.
- Experience with Spark SQL, PySpark, or Databricks.
- Experience with causal AI modelling frameworks such as DoWhy or EconML.
