What you will do

  • Lead computational strategies, data requirements, and analysis plans for therapeutic and translational programs from discovery through early clinical development.
  • Perform integrated multi-omics, bulk and single-cell transcriptomic, and TCR/BCR repertoire analyses across human, preclinical, and in vitro datasets.
  • Apply machine-learning, deep-learning, and advanced statistical methods to biomarker discovery, patient stratification, response and safety prediction, and therapeutic target prioritization.
  • Integrate immune-assay data, including flow cytometry, cytokine and chemokine measurements, serology, ELISpot, and intracellular cytokine staining.
  • Translate computational findings into biological hypotheses and recommendations for target selection, modality choice, mechanism-of-action studies, biomarkers, patient selection, and study design.
  • Develop reproducible AI-enabled analytical algorithms and pipelines, communicate findings to scientific and clinical stakeholders, and mentor junior computational scientists.

Requirements

  • PhD in Computational Immunology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, plus at least two years of relevant postdoctoral or industry experience.
  • Strong foundation in computational biology and immunology, with experience supporting therapeutic development, early drug discovery, and translational decisions.
  • Expertise in bulk and single-cell transcriptomics, multi-omics integration, and single-cell TCR or BCR repertoire analysis.
  • Experience with machine learning, advanced statistical models, immune-assay analysis, and biological interpretation of clinical or preclinical datasets.
  • Strong programming skills in R and/or Python, Linux experience, computational biology workflows, and AI-enabled tools for code and pipeline development.
  • Experience with cloud and data science technologies such as AWS, GitHub or GitLab, Jupyter, Nextflow, and Docker, plus the ability to lead complex cross-functional projects.

Culture & Benefits

  • In-person collaboration model designed to support innovation, teamwork, and direct mentorship.
  • Healthcare and voluntary benefit programs, including fitness, mindfulness, and mental health support.
  • Family planning support covering fertility, adoption, and surrogacy.
  • Paid time off including vacation, volunteer days, sabbatical, global recharge days, and a year-end shutdown.
  • Savings and investment programs, along with location-specific benefits.
